"The hotel and room were very nice. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our room was hot even though the thermostat was set to 60 degrees. Parking in the area is all paid with the option of $37/night valet at the hotel, expect to pay a hefty price one way or the other."

"I was upgraded to the newly renovated rooms. My room was first class If you get an older room they can be a little thread bare. The hotel shows its age a little. But the helpful staff and a great downtown location make up for it By the way the in hotel restaurant “Block 23” is great. I had breakfast there All three days. It is a buffet. But worth the money. Their bacon is wonderful. "
