"Excellent location. Staff is rude and there was no one on the counter for very long time!! Breakfast was a joke, nothing to eat. The guy who was managing the supplies was very rude and got yelling when we asked for empty trays. But, room is good, location is very convenient and walkable to THE NIAGARA"

"I spent two nights at the Seneca Hotel with my sister for her birthday and it was great. The room was very clean, the carpet in the hallway was beautiful. I didnt have to leave the hotel to eat. There were restaurants in the lobby and we had options. I would definitely stay there again. "
