"Clean and quiet stay with a good bed "

"I was a bit skeptical before my stay, I looked at the reviews and they were high so I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed, this place was clean and well kept. The owners/manager lived on site and I felt like the accommodations were actually better than many mainstream hotels. Sure not breakfast but I didn't pay for that either. I was very pleased with this location and would stay there again! "

"It doesn't work I couldn't even check in because no one was there we called the number they left on the sign, and they just said the property was for sale so they didn't give us the room. even worse they didn't even take care of my refund."

"First of all I don’t remember seeing anywhere it said you need 4 wheel drive to get to the property because you do with it being off the black top the sand is thick and you will get stuck #2 Somebody needs to be responsible for taking the trash to the road on the days that the trash man comes because we had a full trashcan from day. "WOW! We were very happy with our stay! Beth was an outstanding communicator! The place was exactly as seen in the pictures! Very close to beach and private. Top Sail Island is the perfect spot, NO commercialization and very comfortable! Fishing was great and we slayed the shark tooth hunt. Yes we would definitely go back!"
