"Overall the stay was good, but upon check it I made my reservation through Expedia at 2:50pm and went to check in around 3:00pm. I was told I have to wait 20 minutes for it to pop up into the system but waited nearly 1 hour and 14 minutes. As we were traveling that could have been time to relax or do something, so that was upsetting. We had to continue to check until I believe a manager looked up my Expedia reservation which was there. Everything else, was great, the room, the breakfast, and pool area. "

"We checked in late on a day with inclimate weather. The hotel was very full and it was obvious it had been a long day for the staff, yet the woman at the front desk treated me as though I was a long missed close relative. There is a bar right in the lobby and the Scotch offered up by our new friend hit the spot! My two bed room that I shared with my wife and daughter was spacious like an apartment and arranged well. And the breakfast had many choices, with my scrambled eggs tasting fresh and hot. Many thanks to our hosts! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Great hotel at a great price. Close to several downtown amenities. Excellent location to US BANK stadium and quick access to all other venues. Hotel was clean, quiet and had everything you need. The pool and hot tub were clean with tons of towels and excellent water temps. The workout facilities had everything needed for a workout. Rooms well stocked with towels, coffee pot, mini-fridge, glasses. Pillows were a bit soft for my liking but I didn’t ask to switch and assume based on past experience I could have got replacements. "
