"Stagg was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were not - some were exceptionally hard. And carpets were badly stained. Not sure if they are trying to perserve the carpet for some reason for originality? Overall, very good experience. Would recommend."

"Yes, the view from the RiverWalk is lovely. Service and property are below sub-par. We waited 45 min in line to check in, multiple parties had issues as the hotel seems confused about amounts to charge if you are a hotels.com customer. A lady in line said that the check in and check out process is always terrible there. We did not stay at the property because the air-conditioners were not working. Hotels.com processed a refund the next day, but we have been waiting on the hotel to process a...

"Once again, Motor City Casino did not disappoint. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, is friendly and courteous. It is my favorite place to stay in Detroit, and the shuttle service is the best way to get to and from downtown events. "

"Our pull out couch was covered in stains, one of our beds didn’t come with a comforter only a sheet, staff was helpful with getting more blankets though the next day. Huge draft in the door made the room very cold, there wasn’t any shampoo in the bathroom the bottle was empty. Staff was very helpful overall though"
