"Overall, the property and the stay were excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service at check-in. I had two bookings and due to a change in plans, I didn’t use the night of 4 May. I requested to remain in the same upgraded room for both bookings to avoid changing rooms. Despite the fact that I had paid for the unused night of 4 May, I was still charged an additional fee to stay in the upgraded room for the additional night, which I found disappointing and not consistent with the values of the hotel. It felt like an issue with the staff rather than the hotel itself, tbh. The only other minor downside was that drinking water was not provided and had to be purchased separately. Other than that, great hotel and very convenient. "

"Impressive lobby on entering. Seeing pilots check-in is always a good sign. The room was nice. It smelled a bit to old carpet, but as I understand that is in the process of being replaced. Staff was nice and well trained. Pool was great, facilities were on point. Great location and view. Will definitely recommend this place"

From free shuttles 3 times a day to Garden by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands to access to an infinity pool during the hot afternoons, this hotel is within walking distance to 2 famous Hawkers sites. The staff team on site were friendly and informative. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. "
