"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. "Hotel was really nice with balconies on some rooms which is awesome, close to downtown and had really good dining options in the hotel and close by, the pool was super awesome and you could order food and drinks from the lounge to the pool area which was super convenient! Would definitely stay here again when in Calgary without a doubt!"
