"Lovely rural location but easy to get to. Bedrooms and bathroom a good size. Very homely, has tea, coffee, milk and condiments supplied. There is a lovely secure field for dogs. We really enjoyed our stay."

"I was in one of the cheaper lodges not overlooking the lakes and closer to the bins. Lodge was clean overall and simply equipped with the standard fittings. I didn’t use any of the restaurants on site and check in was very easy. "

"Great property for the 6 of us. Large rooms, and comfortable beds. Bedding and towels were included, along with tea-towels and oven cloth. Washing up liquid and dish washer tablets were also included. Games room had a pool table and table football game, which my family enjoyed. We bever used the sauna or jacuzzi, but the swimming pool got very well used. Not always enough shade, but not often a problem in thd UK, we were just extremely lucky with the weather. It is quite a way to get to some of the local attractions, but that didn't detract from the place. Owner and family very friendly."

"An old characterful house in a lovely location. Comfortable lounge with lots of seating, well-appointed kitchen downstairs. Upstairs..spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Worked well for our family of grandparents, parents and siblings and two small children to attend a family wedding nearby. Clear instructions were left. It was ideal for us."
