The weather was pleasant, which meant that we didn’t need to test out the air con, which appeared to be inadequate, though portable devices were available in the suite."

"I didn’t realise the Encore had no lift until we were allocated a room on the second floor and had to climb stairs. We made do the first night as we had a late flight and the office was closed. The staff were extremely accommodating the next day and didn’t hesitate to move us to a room on the ground floor as my husband has mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again. "
