"We had an absolutely brilliant stay in the Chapel. It is much bigger than it looks with gorgeous high ceilings so it feels very spacious. With a two year old and a large dog, it never felt cramped or like we were on top of each other. And the bathroom is HUGE! We felt incredibly welcomed and will be back without a doubt. Thankyou so much x"

"The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service."

We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet! "Two things that aren’t obvious on the booking: 1. The Spa and Gym are not included in the price. These are an extra charge even though the description implies they are included. 2. There are no blinds/curtains in the room (they can’t be fitted because the building is listed). Eye masks are provided but if you’re a light sleeper then one to avoid. The property is in a stunning building, a lovely area of the harbour and has been well renovated and looked after. "

"The stay was fantastic. Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely."

"The steps you encounter are not mentioned. And are near vertical. A ladder brings you up to the back garden. The door to the property is the only way in or out and the only daylight. Steps down to the kitchen. 3 foot fall to bathroom and dungeon style chamber. Lightning is extremely limited and everything is painted black. No steps provided to get into bed. Great if you’re in your 20’s and don’t want to sleep. Great if you want a swinging party of 6 guests. Not great if you’re in your 50’s...

"First class renovation all you need supplied Clean ,Modern , Just great you could move in no problem Couple of points to know there are steps up to the property which could be slippy so be aware and there’s a fiddly process for the water for the shower we did the first three days not realising you had to change a setting on the boiler for hot water !!! Now we know I will book again "
