"The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean and tidy, the room was cold, because the window was letting in draft and noisy whilst closed, the heater was under the window so wasn’t letting much heat in the room, because of the draft, the food and drink is quite pricey but tasty"

Beautiful retreat but cold pool.
"What an amazing hotel. Beautiful hotel, lovely romantic resteraunt by why of why is the spa pool cold and not hot? Everyone entering the pool said the same. After a dip it was then too cold to lie about on the loungers to relax. Small change would mean the perfect hotel."
