"The staff were very helpful and friendly but were missing from front desk quite often and for extended periods so we had to wait to get issues resolved. It is in a convenient location, near several places to eat but it's not easy to walk into Pontypool as the main route is a dual carriageway. We had a room for three and my daughter said the pull out sofabed was very uncomfortable, it did appear to be collapsing. I'd stay again as a couple though. "

"Place is beautiful, food is amazing only downside is the spa only has a sauna and no steam room, there is an outdoor heated pool but at £25 for an hour is a bit pricey "
