"After checking in we asked the front desk staff to help us with an unusual request and he didn’t hesitate to help us! He was fantastic! Then when checking out, I had multiple questions regarding the fjords, and she answered all of my questions and even looked things up on the computer for me. Very helpful and I appreciated it so much!"

"It was an amazing stay. I had stayed here before, but after the renovation, it is so much better. I highly recommend the apartment option, which is super new and fresh. You get a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, a stylish bathroom, and a comfortable bed with extra sleeping space. Also, the staff is super friendly."

"The property is managed by Novasol who did not make sure that the property had the sheets and towels needed for the stay. To make up for that though the property owners drove over 300 kms on a Sunday to bring us what they needed. They went above and beyond and that set us up for a great stay while attending courses at Hjerleid. Hopefully they get a new property management company so they don't have to do that again. Would definitely stay here the next time I come for a course. It's right across the street from the school, has a full kitchen, full bath, and washing machine for longer stays. The only thing I would add is a second set of keys and instructions for connecting to the wifi network."
