Looked for a long weekend stay for the LBL Quota hunt. This property was perfect! So cute, cozy and an extremely attentive host. We are already planning our next trip! Sarah has been amazing to communicate with, made the process so easy! Highly recommend!
Me and my friend stayed here for about 4 days. The place is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. pretty close to Kentucky lake and a swimming area. The neighborhood was great, it was very quiet and secluded. The only issue we had was the road was a little rough on our tires due to some potholes, but it wasn’t really a big problem. Overall I loved the stay and will definitely come again.
This place was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. It’s a great location. Be cautious of the road getting into place, it’s very gravely. I wouldn’t want to drive it in a rainstorm. This place is close to Paris Landing and lots of water activities. The owner is a dream to communicate with. I would book this place again.
We enjoyed our weekend stay. Unfortunate for us, it rained most of the weekend so we didn't get much time on the water but of course that can't be helped. We did get a couple hours on the lake and ate at The Breakers, which was really good and literally on the water. We also loved how close the Piggly Wiggly grocery store was. Very convenient. The house was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. We cooked breakfast and it was stocked with all the pans, plates, silverware, etc. We love anything pet friendly so we don't have to leave our baby behind! Communication with Sarah was super easy with fast response! No cell service (with Verizon) at the house but there is wi-fi so you can still call, text, and whatever else you need to do. Make sure you pull up your navigation while you're on wi-fi, if you need directions. Google maps didnt bring to the address but luckily Sarah had given us directions and things to look for which got us there easily. The one and only thing I would say be aware of is the back steps from the laundry room. They were slick due to the rain so use extra caution if using those steps. We had a great time and would definitely do it again.
We stayed here in November. Group of 5 guys, and had plenty room. Nice house with all modern appliances. Host is very nice and great to work with. Close to Dover, Paris Landing and LBL. I would stay here again for sure.
Very nice clean quiet and the hostess was very helpful.
It snowed the pipes burst and we were without water, but Sara had a blumber come out right away, only there was nothing he could do all the pipes were frozen but Sara did go get more than enough water and bring back for us,so we made the best of it since it was a mother nature problem not anybody's fault, and she checked on us our last day there.
