We stayed in the stone house and absolutely loved it! There is so much history in this house and I loved how Mr and Mrs Dale came by to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed! We will stay here again if we are back in the area!
This property was historic, quaint, clean, and heartwarming. Plenty of towels for a family, room to run in the backyard, and very accomidating owners. Well worth the stay.
We loved it. Perfect for our family trip with friends. The place was just as described and very cozy! Everything we needed was there. The owners were friendly and very informative about the area!!
Stone cabin was amazing. Better than described. We were very comfortable and made to feel right at home. Kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed! We loved this place. Great weekend trip!!
It’s likely that we stay at this house again in the future. It was clean and well kept. No noise pollution as there wasn’t much traffic. The A/C worked well which is a huge plus!

Great place to stay
Stayed at the "Rock" house recently when 3 of us went to the Ozark Forest area to ride motorcycles. What a great place. Reservations were easy, price was very affordable and the accommodations were great. They even provided a garage for our bikes. Its in a beautiful area of Arkansas. I highly recommend it.
We love coming here to relax and just get away from the everyday hustle! Lawanda & Robert are so nice and accommodating, even though we never need anything more than what they already provide! I recommend this for anyone wanting a clean, comforting home away from home!
We enjoyed our stay at this cute historic farmhouse. There is a Dollar General about 1 mile from house and Dover is less than 5 miles with some great restaurants fir a small two . We visited with owners every day and enjoyed that so much. We enjoyed riding our side by side on the area.We want to return to area and house.
Thanks Ron and Shelley

Very peaceful
This is a very peaceful area to stay when you want to get away from all the crazy fast pace of city life. It was relaxing to sit on the porch and take in the views of the mountain.
The owners a awesome people and we truly enjoyed visiting with them. They will give you the history of the house and farm area. We also got to spend one morning fishing on the property.
We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Wonderful week on an absolutely beautiful piece of property!
We loved our stay! Very clean and comfortable! Our whole family enjoyed it! Many days fishing in the ponds....we caught bass and the catfish were plenty! We enjoyed the the walks on the property, and the short road trip to Long Pool swimming hole. We would love to return during quail season....we hope to be back! A huge thanks to the great hospitality:-)))
We had a lovely time at the Stone House! Very clean, attentive but not overly attentive hosts, everything we needed was available. Our only issue was that the property is at a very busy intersection that has a stop sign from
One direction, a yield sign from another and a third street that flies on through - made it a challenge to park the dually 1-Ton truck with boat behind it in the parking that is in front of the property, between the house and the intersection. Other than that, wonderful!!

Perfect House in the Perfect Location
The Early Settler Farm House truly felt like home away from home. My husband & I really enjoyed our week long stay on this beautiful property. The Dale's were wonderful (and helpful) hosts & we had a fun time on our tour of the property & learning the history. The house was spotless & was stocked with everything you could possibly think of, plus some. The house is perfectly located to visit many of the amazing sights that Arkansas has to offer. We drove to Boxley Valley to see the elk, Hot Springs, Mt Magazine, Mt Nebo, Petit Jean State Park & everything in between. Chuck, the Dale's son, was great to work with as well & even called to give us some tips on places to visit. You can not go wrong choosing this house!
This was an older, well kept house. It was very clean. Robert and Lawanda were wonderful people. We really enjoyed meeting them and seeing the farm. I loved the porch swing and the view!
Rock house was a very nice play for my wife and son and i to spend a few days. House was very clean and well kept. It sits on a gorgeous family farm that is all around you. The owners live within eyesight and where there checking to make sure everything was perfect as soon ss we got yhere. If i had one small complaint it would be the mattress in the master bedroom was hard as a brick.
Property was exactly what we needed in a home away from Home. The property itself was picturesque and offered every amenity that home would! Thanks for an excellent stay!
Our primary reason for our stay was atv-ing at Mack’s Pines which is located about 15 minutes away…house is located about 8 minutes from town…dollar store located right down the road! We found this house was great to come home and relax every evening. Hosts were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with…we will be back!
We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! Well maintained house in a very peaceful setting. About 10-15 minutes outside of Russellville - close enough for convenience, far enough away for peace and quiet.
Absolutely gorgeous property, and the house is very cozy, felt like home away from home. My partner and I spent most of our time just sitting on the front porch swing and enjoying the view. The back pond is incredibly peaceful to sit by as well. A great place to unwind and reconnect.
