First time at the property, we arrived about 2:45pm. Told us check in wasn’t until 3:00pm or we can check in now for a 25.00 fee. Seriously. So we wait until 3:00pm. By then we waited in line for 20m. Rooms are clean but very outdated. The bed must have came with the hotel. We actually did not stay we left. So we paid for a room and did not stay.

Overall my stay was not very enjoyable. The pool seems to be closed indefinitely. The staff was a hit or miss on friendliness. The rooms do not have microwaves.

The property is in a convenient location near shops and restaurants. I attended an event here and had a generally good experience. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service, but the room service was lacking. The rooms felt outdated, and when I called to ask if the pillow was hypoallergenic, the staff couldn’t provide an answer.

I was hesitant to stay here. But it turned out that i dtayed additional days! The room and bathroom are large. Everything was clean and the hotel was quiet. I didnt go to the casino. Price i paid for the stay was a great value. I did not use any hotel amenity nor restaurants, so no feedback on those things. There is ample parking.

Great to stay in the same building as the trade show we were attending. My service dog was welcome in the restaurants and casino and I have a few shots of her at the slots. In dog years she is almost 70

The property is outdated, Bally's purchased it and did nothing but change her name. Not any real bar type food at the actual bar in the casino. Didn't seem very busy and no actual cash tables. The staff was pretty non existent to be honest. When checking in they where all having conversations about dating lives and didn't miss a beat while we where at the desk. We have been going to this casino for many years but won't be back unless they do an over haul. Oh and it was freezing in the casino!! Would have played longer but needed my winter coat.
