Room had multiple lights not working properly.
Staff was overall friendly but continued on their own conversations and attended to me in the downtime.
Breakfast ends at 9AM on weekends which is relatively early.
It was my first time staying at a Best Western. While the staff was very friendly our bathroom left a lot to be desired. The last guest had left her garments hanging on the back of the bathroom door, our tub consistently filled up with water while showering, and there was hair on the blow dryer. We were only in town for a short stay for a concert, but definitely expected a better condition for the room. The staff was very plesent and had offered to retrieve the garments. The hotel was all booked and we didn't have another option for another room. While not the worst experience, it could have been better.
Check in took 40+ mins because they had trouble finding a “clean” open room, even though the hotel was not at capacity and we had already paid. Another guest was given a key to our room and tried to get in while we were sleeping. Fire alarm went off for 30 mins at 1am for no apparent reason.
Our “non smoking” room had cigarette butts sitting next to the window, all the surfaces were dirty and sticky, and there were small curly hairs all over the bathroom and bathroom towels. Stains on the sheets, walls, curtains and floors. Baseboards were filthy and peeling away from the walls.
Key card only worked at certain entrances. Garbage and terrible smells in all the stairwells.
Only left 2 stars and not 1 because the woman checking us in was nice and apologetic about the lengthy check in time.
Room was gross! No cover over the mattress, just a sheet. Also the shower was broken and sprayed into the celling. Everything smelled like mold. Ill never stay there again
It was a good hotel - nothing fancy, but it was clean and everything worked like it was supposed to. The area around it did t seem great, but we arrived at night and left early the next morning.
The hotel is for homeless families. I was visiting in Delaware very disappointed. I glad it was for 2 nights. Roaches and air conditioner had a smell coming out of vent.
Horrible and I was Quoted one Price that was Lower but when I was Finalizing it was More . I won't be Using this Site or Services again very Disappointed. It was a Whole False Advertisement.
We had only one issue during our stay…but was taken care of immediately after I called the front desk and then they called back to see if I had any other issues and if everything was okay now . Staff was very helpful needed extra towels, very quick to respond!! The only problem was which didn’t interfere with our stay and wasn’t really a problem but they had several people living there so it seemed but it didn’t affect us in any way . Just something we observed will be staying there again in the near future
The hotel smelled like stale cigarettes. The room keys stopped working several times during our 2 night stay. The room had dead bugs by the ac. The floors had a slippery coating on them. The breakfasts were okay just the same everyday. The staff at the front desk and the woman who cleaned the rooms were so polite and helpful.
