We grew up spending our summers on Sebec Lake, and there's a reason the state motto is 'The Way Life Should Be'. This camp is lake front property, with outdoor seating, dining and swimming steps from the back door. The spacious layout of the camp provides the perfect family friendly escape any time of the year!
In the winter there is plenty of ice fishing and snowmobile trails in the area, so it's the perfect place to share time with family and friends year-round!
The house is spacious, with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Plenty of room to spend quality vacation time together, while also having places to escape for some alone time. All three bedrooms upstairs have desks, and the camp has high speed internet throughout for those needing to work remotely. Recently renovated to make it four season friendly, you'll have everything you need for summer swims to winter snowmobiling and ice fishing.
Guests will have access to the full space, with the exception of the unfinished basement.
*DOCK REMOVAL*
The dock is removed every fall to prepare for the winter, and is put back in each Spring. The exact timing does vary (there's very few companies available, so we're at their mercy for scheduling), but please keep this in mind if planning to bring a boat. We are a quick walk from the marina, so it is still possible to launch and dock boats right down the street if desired! Kayaks are still usable when the dock is removed.
*WEATHER*
We can not predict or control weather, so we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Due to the proximity to the lake, we ask that all guests watch their volume outdoors after 9pm. Sound travels on water, and we like to help maintain the peaceful feel of the lake.
