"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Overlook! Home looks recently renovated (lots of nice windows) & views are wonderful from every room of house! Two full baths (including one upstairs) so all we needed. Very clean & nicely decorated. Conveniently located to everything. Lily Bay State Park nearby & no one there this time of year so great for walking/hiking! Hope to return in Summer months to enjoy that view as million dollar for sure!"

"This little cabin was perfect for my boyfriend, pup, and me. Had no trouble finding it, and it was right on the lake so we were able to do some ice fishing! Our sled broke down and Brad was nice enough to offer help/borrow tools to fix it! His dogs were adorable. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this spot for a little getaway, we booked it last second and have no regrets. Thanks again Brad!!"

"We came to Maine to enjoy nature and stay in a cabin. We were not disappointed in our stay in the authentic cabin. Upon arrival we filled the bird feeders and hummingbird feeders and watched the birds and hummers arrive. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The walk in the forest to view the pond was amazing and the view once we arrived at the pond was gorgeous! The craftsmanship of the cabin and furniture is well worth the stay. "This rental was excellent! Very clean. Easy check in/check out process. Communication with host was great and response time was always less than an hour. We stayed for a vacation with friends. Nice fire pit and we enjoyed use of kayaks and canoe. Porch space was wonderful to enjoy a cup of coffee and conversation. One warning I will give for future renters is that you really cannot enjoy swimming. Lots of ducks and so much duck poo on the dock you could not walk on it. If you want to...

"This duplex cabin was a great home base for our weekend ride- even though there was an event happening in our yard the host made it work. We were gone all day riding and they were packed up by the time we got back. Kitchens are stocked- if it wasn’t in one, you’d find it in the other! Towels- both bath and beach- were plentiful! Shampoo conditioner and body soap on site. It’s small but the waterfront deck gives plenty of room. Would be good for multiple couples or a smaller amount of singles....
