It comprises 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom located on a level with an open-plan bathroom and a study. The other two bedrooms are located on level -1 and have their own bathroom, guaranteeing complete autonomy for the children.

On the main level, a magnificent 55m² plateau features a very bright living room, thanks to its bay windows, which allow you to live both indoors and outdoors during the summer. Open to the kitchen and dining room, the communal living area is the perfect place to spend convivial moments.

As for the exterior, it covers an area of 120m², with a 7m x 4m swimming pool and a barbecue.

The house is close to shops and restaurants, and the tennis and sailing clubs are around 800 m away. For all other daily errands, all you need to do is go to the center of Doussard by car (3 minutes) or by bike (10 minutes), with the cycle path 400 m away.

Thanks to its location, Doussard offers a wide range of water sports: paddle, kayak, sailing and boat hire... wake surfing schools are also nearby. Paragliding christenings are also available over Lake Annecy, for unforgettable memories.
