"Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay."

"This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. "The house has been decorated to a very high standard, but the reason for my booking was the use of the pool. The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made. The tiling around the pool is a trip hazard in several places and the mosaic tiling in the pool itself clearly has not been maintained for years, with hundreds of...

"A lovely spacious place located in the heart of Tavistock. Rooms were great and the living area really spacious. There’s no parking but we made it work with our 3 cars using local roads and short/long stay car parks. The wood fire was out of action but the place was warm and cosy with the heating on."
