"We have had a brilliant week at this beautiful villa. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful and the villa is large and well equipped. The host was very friendly and laid back. Just a note, if you are taking your own bedding the beds are king size doubles not standard doubles and the pillows are square rather than rectangular!! "We had a great stay in Patrick’s house on arrival,we were welcomed and shown around the house by Justine. The house was lovely, well equipped and with plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 small children. The three bathrooms and two extra toilets also made life easier for all of us.The two kitchens (main and second smaller one) on opposite sides of the house turned out to be extremely useful as we were cooking for adults and children at different times. The garden was lovely a super space for all...

"Lovely house, well looked after and great communication before, during and after our stay including all the information about facilities in the area we could possibly want. Perfect placed for cycling for all ages. There were no bikes in the garage as per description but the recommended bike hire was excellent with bikes for ages 1 -71! The house is lovely, very well heated with plenty of room for all 12 of us and space in the garage when the children got too loud!"

"This is a very well appointed appartment with a great view and location. Bright, modern and well-equipped it met the needs of three friends of a certain age perfectly. In better weather we would have sat more on the balcony which is a real feature of the appartment. Add a warm welcome by the owner and the charm of Le Crotoy, and we had an excellent stay."

"House not very welcoming with chairs on table like a closed cafe. Also, bowls and cups had chips and cracks in them and a few not cleaned well. Saying that, host was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions. Location was great and house was comfortable. You have to pay for parking on all roads but spaces right outside. Lovely area for cycling"
