"Nice clean room, friendly helpful staff and fishing out the back door! And really good fishing!! The bite was on and we caught some nice ones!! What is really cool is we cooked them in our room about 500 feet away from the river!! This motel will be a place we return to every year in the spring."

"Very peaceful location on the Trinity river. The accommodation was very cozy and well suited for all ages including dog friendly. Outdoor BBQ, fire pit, and corn hole games were a plus. Would recommend this place and will likely return for my next fly fishing trip."
