Large family home in the Tréboul district of Douarnenez, Finistère. It is a charming house from the beginning of the 19th century, with an enclosed garden and a magnificent view of the sea. Built on 3 levels and a basement overlooking the garden, it has 5 bedrooms, a living room and a dining room with covered terrace overlooking the sea and a large kitchen overlooking the garden. It is well equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, TV, WiFi ...). On foot from the house: swimming and nautical activities on the Sables Blancs beach, the coastal path for walks in the great outdoors, the thalassotherapy center, cafes and restaurants, ...

Wonderful 10 days in Brittany!

It was a wonderful experience in an old and charming house perfect for 3 couples. The two other bedrooms are more for single people or children. We loved every minute of it. The view is spectacular! It is very quiet though close to the beach. You can even walk 20 minutes to get to the supermarket. Perfect location! And the town of Douarnenez is very interesting with good restaurants and fun little shops. We really hope we can come back again!! Also communication with our host was really easy and the house has all the basics when you arrive (toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, cooking oil, vinegar, spices) which is really helpful. You can rent sheets and towels from the host.

Incroyable mais vrai!

Emplacement de rêve, charme, c'est tout à fait ce que nous cherchions. Dans son jus certes, quelques peintures à refaire et de l'isolation, mais pour quelques jours, le séjour est un rêve! La vue, la vue, la vue!!! Marianne est très réactive au téléphone. Merci, à refaire!

Un bon sejour mais une maison un peu decevante

L'emplacement est magnifique avec une vue imprenable. La cuisine est tres bien equipee, l'internet a une tres bonne qualite. Le reste de la maison est vetuste et a un serieux besoin de renovation.

Grande et belle maison avec vaste vue sur la baie de Douarnenez

La maison est parfaite pour une grande famille, avec de grands volumes et une large vue sur la mer de la majorité des pièces. Le jardin en terrasse ajoute à son charme de dame âgée. Les rénovations prévues seront les bienvenues. Le temps variable ne nous a pas empêchés d'apprécier pleinement ce séjour.

Une maison avec une vue de rêve !

J'ai séjourné le temps d'un weekend entre amies dans cette maison et nous avons été totalement conquises par la vue magnifique qu'offrait la terrasse. La maison est pleine de charme ! La plage des sables blancs est juste à côté ce qui est un réel atout. Nous avons été très bien accueillies et propriétaire réactive pour échanger en cas de questions. Je recommande vivement !

La maison est absolument magique ! Encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos ! Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux dans la villa de Marianne. Tout a été parfait: la maison et son charme d’antan, l’accueil si chaleureux de Ronan et Claire, les amis de Marianne, la literie, la vue à couper le souffle, la cuisine (sur)équipée pour préparer des plats pour 10 personnes. La maison de rêve 😍

La maison est vraiment chouette, l'arrivée super simple, on s'est débrouillé, on a trouvé tout ce qu'il fallait et bien plus. La vue est imprenable, la plage et glaces juste en bas, parfait quand on est avec des tous petits sans se prendre la tête. On reloue l'année prochaine !
