With mountain views, the studio is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is part of the Agriturismo La Fonte di Mariella and is located in Dosso del Liro, in the mountains of Lake Como at 800 meters above Gravedona (7.5 km away - 15 minutes by car). The 30 m² studio consists of a living/sleeping area with kitchen and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 3 people.
The apartment has a small private terrace (with table and chairs) and a large shared outdoor area with a gazebo equipped with a large table and chairs, where you can relax in the open air and eat. The apartment and the adjacent spaces are surrounded by a centuries-old chestnut grove and overlook the nearby mountain.
The studio is equipped with Wi-Fi and TV.
A cot is also available on request. In addition, the Agriturismo has 1 small wellness area with sauna and hot tub (service with additional cost). It is also possible to rent 2 e-bikes or recharge the electric car (service available at the main parking of the Agriturismo, near the reception).

The closest parking to the apartment is along the road, a few meters from the entrance gate of the secondary structure (from here you reach the studio by climbing a few steps on foot). The main structure (with reception and restaurant) also has a large private parking; the access ramp is a little steep, but passable by all types of cars.
