She engaged in conversation and even apologized for the delay, but I reassured her that it wasn’t her fault—it was just the machine. Her positive attitude and professionalism stood out, making the experience much more pleasant. I wish I could remember her name, but she truly represented excellent customer service. I checked in Friday evening after 8pm. "
