The terraced house is on a green complex with 14 holiday houses - residential groups of three houses each with four residential units, and a house with two residential units – on the Störtebeker Landstrasse between the North Sea town Dornumersiel and the beautiful village Dornum with its well-priced shops (three supemarkets e.g. Aldi 2km away), with an unobstructed view of the embankment just a few minutes away.
The house has a car parking space, a paved terrace shielded by a woven fence and an outdoor storage room with bicycles and rubbish bins. The individual house are separate by a hedge and the whole site is enclosed by a rose hedge. Each house has its own terrace and a lawn of varying sizes. A gardening company ensures the gardens are well-tended and they are now mature. The view of the embankment 500 metres away is unobstructed.
The house was built in 1999. The house with its 85m² of living space on three floors consists of a combined living and dining room with a kitchen unit, three bedrooms, a shower room on the ground floor and a toilet on the first floor. Due to the glass bow front in the living room and the dormers in both bedrooms on the first floor, the rooms appear large and light. The house is made out of solid brick in a Frisian style, has underfloor heating and was built with high-quality materials, offering a high residential standard for 4-5 people. A child’s bed and highchair are available. Note that three beds are in the attic, which can only be accessed up a narrow ladder.
There are cycle paths in all directions (Dornumersiel and Nessmersiel).
There is a container belonging to the house with 5 relatively new and valuable city bikes, a children’s bicycle and a mountain bike. A children’s wooden hand cart is also available. The hosts kindly request that they are handled with care.
