Hello dear vacation guest,
Thank you for discovering the "Bienenhäuschen". Enjoy your time here. Dornhan (650 m) is a pretty, tranquil town in the eastern part of the central Black Forest between Alpirsbach (11 km) and Oberndorf am Neckar (9 km)
Its location makes it ideal for day trips in all directions:
To the north: Along the Neckar valley. How about a canoe trip on the Neckar or a visit to Tübingen
South: You can quickly reach Lake Constance or Constance, Switzerland
To the west: via Freudenstadt Schwarzwaldhochstrasse along the Lotharpfad to Badden-Baden or Stasburg
Wolfach Zipline, Dorotheenhütte, Vogtsbauernhöfe.
To the east Swabian Alb, Hohenzollen Castle.
It is ideal for 2 adults with a maximum of 2 children.
For some time the cottage was empty. From 2020 to 2021 the cottage was completely renovated and equipped with everything to offer you a pleasant stay. The secluded location and the beautiful surroundings offer everything for a relaxing vacation without having to sacrifice comfort. The Bienenhaus is small but nice. The modern bathroom with washing machine, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, W-Lan and telephone make the cottage a little gem. The forest is right on your doorstep - just put on your shoes and you're ready to go hiking. Or would you prefer to explore the surrounding area by bike or e-bike? You can find some suggestions for cycling tours or hikes on the Dornhan town website. So feel free to bring your "bikes" with you. The large meadow with the barbecue area in front of the house invites you to treat yourself to a cozy day at the bee house.

Ein ganz besonderes Häuschen in schöner ruhiger Lage
Pros: Das ehemalige Bienenhaus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll renoviert, die Einrichtung ist von solider Qualität und komfortabel. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man die Ruhe in der Natur sucht. Es gibt aber auch viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Besonders reizvoll ist die Lage auf dem Hochplateau. Vom nahgelegenen Peterzell gibt es eine schöne 12 km - Rundwanderung, wo man zunächst den Weitblick der Hochebene genießen und dann in den Schwarzwald eintauchen kann mit kleinem Wasserfall und einem plätschernden Bach als Wegbegleiter. Auch einen Besuch im Bergwerk Dornstetten-Hallwangen können wir sehr empfehlen.

Pros: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll hergerichteten Bienenhaus. Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet und die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man kann an diesem Ort die Seele baumeln lassen und zwischen Wald und Wiesen entspannen. Zum Wandern gibt es in der Umgebung viele wunderschöne Routen. Auch unser Hund hat die Ruhe an diesem Ort sehr genossen . Gerne kommen wir wieder und können die Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Pros: Wir sind vom 30.12.2023 -04.01.2024 als Paar mit Hund im Bienenhaus gewesen, und sind dort herzlich empfangen worden. Das Bienenhaus ist geschmack-und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber zum wohlfühlen, genügend Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck etc. Zu erwähnen ist auch das Bett bzw. die Matratze, man schläft richtig gut. Die Silvesterböller hat man aus weiter Ferne etwas gehört, aber nicht so wie bei uns daheim. Unser Hund reagiert sehr gestresst auf Böller und Knaller. Die Umgebung ist auch schön, wenn man die Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Viel Wald ,schöne Wege, in der Nähe kann man auch kaufen, was man täglich braucht. Nochmals lieben Dank an Elke und Thomas. Wir kommen wieder

Pros: Bei schönstem Winterwetter verbrachten wir ein paar Tage in diesem mit viel Liebe renovierten ehemaligen Bienenhaus. Obgleich das Haus klein ist, ist doch alles vorhanden, was man zu einem angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Das Häuschen schmiegt sich an den Waldrand, ca. 200 m vom Hof der sehr netten Vermieter entfernt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Theresa und Walter aus der Toskana/Italien.

Pros: Das Bienenhaus ist ein herrlicher Ort für diejenigen, die Natur und Ruhe schätzen. Wir waren überrascht, ein derart gut durchdachtes und ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vorzufinden (geniale Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Radio, Sonnenliegen, Hängematte, Mückennetze...). Wir waren zu 5. 2 Erw. und 3 Kleinkinder 2, 3 und 6 Jahre. Das ging für uns super, weil das Wetter traumhaft war und draußen viel, viel Platz da ist, Wiese und Wald. Wir können das Bienenhaus und seine tollen Vermieter von Herzen empfehlen.
