"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

"Lovely property and location. Owner was friendly and helpfull. However, lack of mantainance. Also inadequate cooling, felt during hot summer, in upstairs lounge, bedroom and outhouse even after ACs had been cleaned by the owner on the second day. We had to ask for 2 fans which were thankfully provided the next day. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Von der Buchung bis zum Check out verlief alles reibungslos. Wir konnte sogar 3 Stunden vorab in die Unterkunft kostenlos ein checken, da unsere Flieger schon sehr früh auf Sardinien ankam. Das erfanden wir als ein super Service. Die komplette Kommunikation mit Melisa war außergewöhnlich gut. Egal welche Frage oder Probleme wir hatten, es wurde sich direkt drum gekümmert und die Probleme gelöst. Echt top 👍 Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zusehen. Sehr geschmackvoll...
