"Really nice flat after issues with check in were solved. There was no soap in the dispenser and 1/2 roll of toilet paper, and one coffee pod for a multiple day stay. Owner brought soap/toilet paper but not coffee pods. And I couldn’t get the overhead shower to work - so just had the handheld. Searched everywhere for a button or lever to pull. "This is an amazing property dating from 1790 with beautiful antique furniture and original features. Charles, the owner, is charming and welcoming. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and furnished with views over the adjacent parkland. Off street parking was available and the hotel is in central Falaise so convenient for the local amenities and museums and Castle. "

"This is the second time over the past 2 months that I stayed at this beautiful and peaceful Bed & Breakfast type of accommodation and this second time was even better than the first time since I was able to experience the entire property fully in my two-night stay. This time, I was able to enjoy the very serene, quiet and relaxing pool. Walking around the extremely pleasant gardens, yard, and relaxing hobby farm was magnificent. We really enjoyed feeding and interracting with all those animals...

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."
