"Great hotel"

"I am a wheelchair user. They had a ramp out front that they constantly blocked off with cars and I had to wait for it to be cleared every time I needed it. I asked for and received an accessible room. The toilet was extremely low to the ground and the handicap bar was too far away from the toilet to use. Each time I took a shower the water overflowed into the room. You also couldn’t access the spa or pool area as they had a ramp that was too steep an incline. I went only a couple of times and...

"Awesome hotel. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Only 10 min drive to old town and away from all the tourism and still close to restaurants, shops, mall, grocery stores. "

"Fantastic sea view from 5th floor sea-facing room. Room was fabulous (Executive suite) however the chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable or practical. Staff were excellent throughout and we were allowed an early check in as the room was ready at 11am which was really helpful. Breakfast was ok, some breakfast items weren’t great (scrambled egg, orange juice) but on the whole was fine."
