"Excellent hotel, just 4 minutes driving to Zabljak. Quiet area, enough free parking for all guests. The room 205 was big, robe providet. Big refrigerator and freezer also. The bed not king size but enough and comfortable. The divided living area with a sofa-bed. Safety box. The breakfast was good with some changes every day, we were 4 nights. Also good restaurant, so no need to drive to Zabljak. The hotel has a sauna, we use it everyday, no others, so like "private" The staff very friendly and helpful with good English. Clean and quiet. The hotel has also wet sauna like hammam but it was out of use. We very recommend this hotel!!!"

"We had a lovely stay. I would give 5 stars except the kitchen was a little under equipped with no utensils for cooking and no garbage can. Also, both the bed and the couch were very firm. They were both so firm it made it hard for both me and my husband to sleep. Other than that everything was great. I would consider staying here again if the sleeping surfaces weren't so firm. "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! I booked an apartment in March for April after spending hours looking at potential options. We arrived at the apartment to be told it wasn’t ready and we’d have to go to a hotel in Zabljak instead! The apartment wasn’t ready because it was early in the season! The property is still being advertised as available now! We didn’t stay at the hotel because it was a small room with kitchenette that wasn’t suitable. We found another apartment nearby. The man at SOA Hotel was very unsympathetic and kept saying the hotel room was our best option/best thing for us! Obviously it was the best option for them, not us! We are trying to get a refund but they are refusing! At no point did they try and contact us about the apartment not being ready, if they had we could have arranged something else much sooner! It’s a scam!"

"Pretty good hotel. Good location next to city center. We've checked-in very late so the key was prepared in advance to us so it was very convenient and easy. The window of our room didn't opened to an open air but rather to an inner space inside the building, but it didn't bother us much (take in consideration if it's important to you)."

"We arrived at a wooden spacious house with 3 bedrooms. Everything was clean and ready for a comfortable stay, including all the necessary kitchen appliances, games for kids, books and video films. The owner was welcoming and very nice!"
