"Room was a bit small but not the fault of the hotel owners. Staff were very polite and very helpful. Well worth a stay but no meals at night for half of the week but plenty of places too eat out in the town. A bit over priced. "

"Great reception and hosts keen to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. As there was a function in the hotel that night we were offered the opportunity to move with our friends to the Katrina Suite, a modern 2 bedroom flat, a couple of minutes away. This was perfect for us and we were able to walk to the hotel for a lovely breakfast the next morning Parking was available and easy. "

"I stayed one night, it is a fabulous building that has been modernised and revamped to a very high standard, it's is right in the centre of Boston with on site parking at £4 for 24 hours. Whilst not 'manned' the telephone was answered quickly and instructions including a map and how to gain access/breakfast etc was sent over immediately. "The code system works well. Breakfast system is well operated. Our room was next to an extractor fan for a restaurant and was noisy until the early hours of the morning. There was no way of ventilating the room so it became too warm, even in April."

"Had a lovely two night stay in this hotel this week."

"The electric fire in my caravan did not work. The carpets although clean on the surface could do with a deep clean to revive the pile. I reported this to reception. Overhead low flying aircraft every day were very noisy, I know this can't be helped with an RAF base right next door. Otherwise my stay was fine."

Great first impression & Have Breakfast!

"There was just enough parking, with both the hotel and restaurant busy on our first night, but the main thing is, we did get parked. Check in was in the restaurant, and the hotel is secured by 3 keycard doors to your room. The room was really nice, and the beds very comfortable. The room was very clean, including the bathroom… except whilst it was only 2 pubic hairs on the bath, they were definitely not ours, and when your grandson questions what they are, it’s awkward, along with not being the nicest to encounter. Still, it could have been worse… there could have been a body attached! The breakfast definitely has to be one of the best value for money around, and given that we stayed in the Hilton another night on our journey, the quality of produce was just as good, if not better."
