The room was immaculate and well-appointed, with tea & coffee making facilities, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The room was warm and cozy. One of the standout aspects was the amazing tasty food and the breakfast had a variety of fresh and tasty options, catering to different dietary needs. Throughout my stay, the team demonstrated exceptional hospitality, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend Palmers for anyone seeking a family-friendly getaway or business-friendly environment. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"

"Stayed for one night in single room which was very comfortable. Bathroom literally opposite my room and all extremely clean. In a convenient location. The only slight negative was the pillow provided was very hard. But overall would definitely recommend"

"Building itself is old and rather quirky. Room was small but very clean and adequate for stay. Food both in evening and breakfast was exceptional and there is a good choice of beers. Staff all very accommodating - my only gripe would be that listing should include directions to car park - hotel is on a one way system and the postcode takes you to front whereas car park is at rear. Bit of a mare, particularly arriving during rush hour."
