"It has one of the best hot spring in the area. The location is on a place where there isn’t any of restaurants outside of the property. However, if you visit this place you will want to enjoy all the amenities within the property. By the way, all the amenities can still be enjoyed for free after you check out of your room"

"It has great parking lot. The location is not around the busy heart of the city, and therefore if you want to visit the night market, you will have to drive or take a cab. The room Is spacious and clean. "

"When we called to say that we would be arriving soon, we were asked if we had had dinner, since there weren’t many restaurants in the area. It wasn’t an issue for us since we had had dinner in Taitung City. The hotel had a couple of parking spots in front we were able to use, friendly check-in (though I don’t think the proprietor speaks much English), and were able to use an elevator to get to our 3rd floor room. Our room was clean, spacious, and uniquely decorated with a mural and painted headboards. The next morning, we were able to see the sun rise over the ocean."

"Overall, great experience! Check in process was seamless and they even recommended a driver to take us around Taitung which ended up to be an excellent experience! The room was new and clean. The bathroom shower could use a little update. The grout was a little moldy. It was nice the hotel has a laundry room. Washing is free and you pay $50NTD to dry your clothes. The breakfast has mostly Taiwanese food which was great for me but my son would have preferred some western options. However, given this is a local hotel it’s understandable. They offered guests free shuttle service to the train station which was great! Overall, highly recommend this hotel!"

"Excellent service and quick response. Had serious water leakage in the bathroom close to midnight. After calling front desk, a staff came up and checked. He quickly resolved the problem by arranging another room for us within 15 minutes."
