"Laundry is easy to use and less expensive than most hostels. Plenty of room in drying area. Nice central area for sitting. There were no towels to dry hands with in the restrooms. Privacy curtains should be added to the bunk beds so guests can feel more comfortable. "

The only problem was that there was some confusion about the number of reception desk in the hotels.com website.
