Gîte La Grange - Dondas, Lot-et-Garonne

Séjournez dans un superbe gîte indépendant, totalement restauré, de plain pied avec mezzanine, situé à proximité d’une autre location sans vis à vis. La location dispose d’un jardin privatif de 1000m². Terrasse d’environ 30m² avec une très jolie vue sur la campagne environnante et d'une piscine qui est commune avec un autre gîte proche.

Vous pourrez profiter de la localisation du gîte pour découvrir une partie du Lot-et-Garonne et passer un bon moment dans le parc Aqualand ou Walygator après une visite de la ville d'Agen !

Gîte non fumeur. Animaux refusés.

Sur place : Piscine commune à un autre gîte de 10.5m x 4.5m, profondeur de 1.10m à 1.30m, clôturée. Boulodrome. Ouverture piscine : Juin à fin Octobre.

A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
- Une caution de 200€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
- Location de draps à la demande : 8 € la paire.
