Beautifully located luxury holiday home, with 2 large balconies, infrared sauna, rain showers and well equipped fitness center incl. Rowing machine and cardio bike.

The holiday home boasts views of the Baar and parts of the Längen-Ridge. Complete peace and relaxation is guaranteed.

The total plot has about 3000 square meters, it has a forest area, over the entire property flows a stream with a distinctive flora and fauna. Limited is the property over a orchard and forest. On the property there is a large barbecue area with benches and a table, and garden shed in which bicycles can be parked.

Only biological building materials were used in the house. The oak parquet is oiled and not sealed. Through the very large glass fronts you live in the middle of nature and can observe the migration of birds and partly wild animals. The house has a wood stove for parallel heating to the existing floor heating, which is located throughout the house. The house is furnished with designer furniture (eg COR, Stokke-Varier, KFF, i-bed, scandicdesign etc.). The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is heated by an ecological air-heat pump and has 4 carports.

Schöne Herbstferien
Ein tolles Haus, das nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Wir haben eine sehr ruhige und sonnige Herbstferienwoche verbracht. Ideal gelegen für Ausflüge zu wunderbaren Sehenswürdigkeiten im Schwarzwald (Donaueschingen, Freiburg, Schwenninger Moos, Schaffhausen mit den Rheinfällen u. v. m.). Wir kommen gerne wieder.
