"We stayed at this property at the beginning of March, so not the busy season. The host was very responsive and helpful. The arrival instructions seemed confusing when received but were spot on once we got there. The balcony and view were amazing. We had a few issues during our stay but, again, the host was very responsive and did everything she could to fix it immediately. If you plan on having someone use the pull out sofa I would tell her ahead of time so the blinds are there."

"Loved the location of the apartment. The building needs maintenence, but that did not detract from our stay and the apartment was maintained well. There are restaurants within short driving distance and a strip with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. An added bonus was the ciffside restaurant a short walj away."

"This spacious, comfortable apartment is filled with light and a joy to return to from exploring the Algarve. The location at the top of the Main Street and right at Golfland roundabout makes it so easy to go to local grocery stores, restaurants and shops as well as heading out of Alvor. "Well located with beach, restaurants and shops a quick walk away. Buses practically at your doorstep to get around to other areas. Property was well equipped. Laundry was a bonus but they do not provide detergent as I would have expected. Underground parking is tight getting in and out byt secure. Only downside is some street noise at night from bus loop area and furnishings are a bit out of date. The entrance to building is on sensors for lights and they were a bit slow so often fumbling in...

"Great place to stay in Albufeira. Just as advertised. Lots of room, great patio to relax on in mornings and evenings. Comfortable bed, and good water pressure for showers. It’s on a hill and you need to walk up (about 10 min walk) from either marina or old town….we are retired and in our mid 60’s and it was ok for us. Property manager, Katalan, was excellent to deal with….she had lots of useful suggestions for us. We would recommend."

"My experience was good, the property has a average size but for the price its charge it should have a bit of more comfort, it should have better mattresses. "We stayed for six weeks from the end of January. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spacious and set in very pleasant grounds. In fact, the Baia village complex is lovely. Not too big, beautiful rooftop views, and a very attractive pool. "This condo was spacious and well maintained. It has a huge patio where we sat each afternoon enjoying a nice glass of wine. It was extremely comfortable throughout the condo and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Joaquim was a good host and we had no difficulties during our stay. "We had the most amazing stay at Matt and Gabrielle’s property. The place is so well equipped, left us wanting for nothing. The location was ideal, very central and only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The communication with Matt and Gabrielle was so welcoming, easy and fast. Sonia was there to greet us when we arrived. Again…very welcoming and she was incredibly helpful. Airport pick up and drop offs were organised for us, and we were accommodated to regarding check in...

"Appartement très bien situé, couchages bien pensés. Très contente ! Piscine au top ! Appartement propre. Proprietaire disponible. Seul petit bémol : isolation entre les voisins. Nous avions des voisins irrespectueux qui hurlaient des 7h30 du matin. Nous les entendions comme si nous étions dans la chambre. Je recommande !"

"We arrived late in the evening an was welcomed be the very friendly front desk, checkin was very easy using thier digital pad. the rooms are very clean and modern and we has a balcony to sit outside. The ambience amenities that are offer were just impeccable. the restaurant called "one" was so lovley with great salivating choice of food. But the best of the offering is the breakfast it has a fantastic view if the sea if you can get a seat as its very popular section. The amount if different section of breakfast food was just astonishing and the staff all were very helpful and just made staying here an absolute bliss. I just want return here again , again and again. it's just so peaceful, comfortable, and rewarding. "

Beautiful rooms and amazing staff!

"The staff at this hotel are amazing! They are so helpful, so friendly, so welcoming! The first day we arrived they immediately helped us settle in. Showed us the beautiful premises and gave us some info about the area, where to eat etc. the lady was so sweet, she was always engaging our kids and even gave them beautiful colouring books which my kids loved. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the parking is easy, safe and free. The area is very walkable and close to a lot of attractions. The room is big and comfortable, we had a huge bed and big sofa bed. There is a really great communal kitchen which you can also eat in. I highly recommend staying here. This place was a highlight of our trip. "
