The residence is located in the center of Domus De Maria, in a panoramic position but close to all commercial services. Built in the 40's it has been completely renovated without affecting its distinctive features.
A few kilometers away are the splendid beaches of Chia, the many coves of rock and fine sand, the lagoon of pink flamingos, an emerald sea. The view sweeps over the mountains and the surrounding green hills.

The bathroom is complete and has a large walk-in shower.
The loft can accommodate two adults plus one child, it is completely independent (about 40 square meters + 15 square meters of shaded terrace) It is equipped with: satellite TV, fridge / freezer, washing machine, multifunction microwave oven, toaster, hairdryer (iron and ironing board on request).
Outside, the wooden terrace is equipped for eating out and relaxing with comfortable chairs, table and chairs. An electric curtain protects both from the sun and from any evening humidity. Every window and door is protected by a mosquito net.
There is also a barbecue for succulent grills and a comfortable outdoor shower.
