The lovely furnished VILLETTA KAYTE consists of 1 master bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, both with access to the terrace, one bathroom, a cozy and comfortable open space with living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. There is an additional room with roof window which can easily accommodate an additional guest. Most of all, the private covered terrace with dining table and an outdoor lounge opens up to wonderful sea views.

The villetta has air-conditioning, WiFi, Sat TV, dish-washer, washing machine, sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Last but not least, the exclusive golf course of Chia (18 holes pitch & putt) is located nearby.
