"It's a small guest house on the second floor of a much larger building. Very convenient location - 100m from Napoli Centrali train station and a metro station. The room I stayed in was fabulous. High ceiling and beautiful floor to ceiling wood doors to the balcony. Newly renovated, quiet and very cozy. Service was excellent. "If you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you. The rooms are on level 4 and 5 with breakfast on 6. There is no elevator beyond level 4 and at times people did not shut the elevator door properly (old school) and twice I had to climb up 5 flights of stairs with a strained ankle. "It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view.
