"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "We had a fantastic stay at Residence Corte San Carlo as a family of 6 with 4 children in tow. The Residence is beautifully renovated and done so to to a really high standard. It is spotlessly clean throughout. We were so comfortable in our apartment (Laguna). We were pleasantly surprised with the added bonus of a lift.
