"Wonderful setting on a large vineyard and apricot farm. We chose this location as our home base for a 2 week vacation in Provence. We wanted to be halfway between Arles and Avignon, and drove all over Provence from here as well. Host Cécile is delightful. She offered us complete privacy and autonomy - the entrance and parking spot amongst the cypress trees are private - but we wanted to meet her and so glad that we did! Fascinating history and stories, and we learned how a vineyard works....

"This is a lovely little property - we stayed with two teenage children but ideally suited for a couple or perhaps one child. The pool is lovely and the gite has everything you could need at a great price. The local village is picture postcard France , absolutely lovey. the pool is shared with one other gite but that's no problem."

"This place has plenty of room for up to six people, safe parking, a great view and many very good amenities (pool, kitchen, ping pong table, clothes washer). However, the English listing on VRBO needs to be updated and clearly outline the extra fees when on property. There is no air conditioning or clothes dryer (remove these from listing). There are extra charges for bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, using the pool, pool heating?, a cleaning fee all to be paid by cash on site. Even with the...

"We felt very welcome! The communication before arriving was very nice and respectful, the place (appartement and garden) is just wonderful…as the fotos we saw on the profil! "There was one downside of this place - the creeping service fees which are not declared on the Vrbo profile. The website announces that bedding is provided, but then the owner writes to you to ask for €10 per person for sheets and towels. On arrival, you are told to use a screwdriver to clean the shower drains of hair before you leave. Then on departure, with minutes to spare, you are told to clean the whole place yourself or pay another €50. It’s not unusual to ask for a cleaning fee, but...

"Jean -Paul and Cathy could not have been more attentive and helpful; the house more perfect for our needs and the area of Maussane and the Alpilles more beautiful. We loved it. "Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, sehr nette Vermieter und eine TOLLE Lage. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf, oben am Hang, mit einem schönen Blick ins Tal, im Hintergrund sieht man Uzes. Sie liegt zentral zwischen vielen großen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Pont du Gard, Avignon und Nimes, alle unter einer Stunde Fahrtzeit erreichbar. Aber auch unbekanntere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Salamander Grotte (sehr empfehlenswert) oder der vielfältige Markt in Uzes...

"A very nice place to stay. Very private with no traffic noise. The property was to a very high standard and well equipped. Parking was very secure and easy. The swimming pool was wonderful, clean and a good temperature. It is set in a beautifully landscaped garden. Very nice hosts and a most enjoyable stay."

The bed was really comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need from breakfast to evening meal. It has a nice terrace outside, but we didn’t use it to eat out on as the wind was unusually strong while we were there. "This is a new gite in a refurbished building situated in a very large garden adjacant to the owner's home. The owners were very friendly and discreet. The swimming pool was lovely especially as we arrived in a heatwave. There is nice baker for baguettes and croissants 2 minutes by foot, and also a small cafe and a pizza takeaway. The pretty village of Eygalieres is two miles away and has a good selection of restaurants and an interesting market on Fridays. Highly recommended."

"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."

"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"This hotel has an amazing position. On the square of central Nimes. Window overlooking the beautiful fountain. Close to bus and trains. Parking is in the street paid but there is an option for €17 to park underground but this goes from 3 pm to 3 pm. The reception are extremely helpful. 1 elevator for 3 floors. Rooms are a large size with kitchenette. The bed in our room was a bit tired but still comfortable. Rooms are very clean and quiet at night. Tips for other travelers - there is no toaster...
