"Pros: Really nice hotel and location is the best. Rooms are large, modern, clean and comfortable. Cons: Parking is avail but at a garage and fee, staff friendliness, hot tub out of service and looks like has been for a while since the water was green, can be a little loud in the hotel from other guests Overall, I really do recommend staying here "

"This is a lovely hotel, and our room was beautiful. We loved Grazalema. Our only critique is that we opted to include dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately, our dinner was limited to 2 choices of entree, neither of which was appealing to us. Also, the breakfast was not as good as other places we stayed in Spain & Portugal. If I were to stay here again, I would not include the dinner. "

"This is a stunning villa with breathtaking views and a perfect location close to Ronda and several interesting towns. Comfortable, well equipped and 360 degree views from the terrace and pool. Great host as well. Highly recommended!"

Beautiful holiday home near El Gastor

"We absolutely loved our stay at Pedro's holiday home. It was so well equipped, comfortable and immaculately clean. Everything you could ever need and more. We loved our days by the pool, watching the Griffon vultures soaring around the mountain, listening to the birds and then watching the amazing sunsets. Pedro welcomed us warmly and it was a real treat to sample his own olive oil, figs and peppers. Thank you Pedro, it was everything we needed and more! "

Beautiful location with a fantastic pool.

"We absolutely loved Francisco’s holiday villa, it was clean and very welcoming with a fantastic pool, my family and I enjoyed the pool immensely. The bedrooms were great with very comfortable and clean matresess and the bathrooms were well set out with an en suite next to the master bedroom. Francisco was very easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond to our original queries and even checked how we were getting on halfway through our trip. We absolutely loved the view over zahara and the mountains, the sunsets were just incredible! Such a great base to explore the white hill villages off this region, a highlight being the village of Setenil, well worth a visit. Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely villa Francisco especially as it was all fairly short notice due to being let down by another property owner in the area, you helped make our holiday very special, hope to be back soon!! Kind regards Richard"

The Golden Valley: A rural paradise in the Sierra de Cádiz.

Lovely week in a lovely area

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week in El Gastor. The house was as pictured, though unfortunately it was unseasonably cold so we could not use the pool. Instead, we got to enjoy a fire most nights! The view across the valley is gorgeous, and the mountain peak just behind the house is also beautiful. We visited Olvera, Grazalema, Zahara, Setinil de las Bodegas, and Ronda; all nearby and easily accessible by car. We rented bikes in Olvera and cycled the Via Verde, and we hiked to the dolmen just up from the town. The Gastrobar in El Gastor has great food and views. Thank you Luis!"
