The house, modern style, was completed at the end of 2012, lovingly and with an eye for detail. It is located in a 2000 m² Mediterranean garden on a slope, which gives a wonderful panoramic view. The house has 3 sun terraces with a view of the mountains. It is designed for 4 people. t
It has two bathrooms, 1 spacious dining area with integrated kitchen, a spacious living room, dishwasher, washing machine and satellite TV are available. The house is heated by underfloor heating. You can drive to the house and park there, parking for 2 cars, internet connection if required.

Lovely house
Great house just a little warm in August in a heatwave. One bedroom has airco; the other doesn’t and with the sun shining on it, it was very hard to get the heat out at night. Other than that: really beautiful and well equipped house. Very steep roads but you get used to them quite quickly.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr freundlicher Wirt. Die Heizungskosten, wenn man heizen muss (die Gegend ist feucht!), sind hoch! Bei jedem Wetter kann man sich in dem Haus wohlfühlen.

Tolles Haus
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an pudelwohl gefühlt. Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses 1a. Die Anfahrt ist typisch italienisch. Wir wurden an der Straße abgeholt und zum Haus geführt da es sich etwas versteckt am Berg befindet. Dafür ist die Lage aber auch absolut ruhig !!

Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort, sowohl in der Natur als auch als mediterrane Villa. Das Steinhaus ist äußerst gut eingerichtet und bietet sogar mehr als alles, was ein Mensch braucht. All dies, zusammen mit dem äußerst freundlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgeber, hat unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt an diesem Ort unvergesslich gemacht, was uns jetzt schon dazu bringt, so bald wie möglich wieder und länger zurückzukommen! Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt, den der fürsorgliche Gastgeber dieses einzigartigen Steinhauses bereitet hat! Wundervolle Auszeit und Ruhe in wunderschöner Natur
Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet und hat mehrere Terrassen von wo man einen wunderbaren Ausblick in die Berge und die Umgebung hat. Die Wege sind ein wenig steil und eng, nicht zu empfehlen für Autos, die tiefer gelegt sind und / oder einen Spoiler haben. Ansonsten ist dieses Haus und die Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen, gerade wenn man vom Trubel weg und die Ruhe genießen möchte!

Großartiges Ferienhaus, wunderschön eingerichtet, tolle Lage.
Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche Anfang Oktober. Geschmackvolles Haus, jede Menge Platz, wunderschöne Umgebung. Etwas gewöhnen mussten wir uns an die kleinen Straßen bei der Anfahrt, war aber kein Problem. Wir fanden es wirklich großartig!

Es ist wunderschön an diesem Ort. Wir haben sehr die Abgeschiedenheit genossen. Die Zufahrt erscheint zuerst herausfordernd, nach einem Tag normal. 😄 Wir werden wieder kommen, gerne auch etwas länger.

mitten im olivenhain
das schöne haus, optisch wie ein rustico, fügt sich sehr gut in die umgebung ein, die durch olivenbäume und trockenmauern (gleiches material wie hausfassade) geprägt ist. funktionelle einteilung der räume, alles sehr sauber. eingezäunte grosse terrasse (war ideal für unseren rauhaardackel). ruhige lage und schöne aussicht in das tal von dolcedo und die umliegenden berge (leider nicht auf´s meer). sehr gute und freundliche betreuung vor ort durch roberto. beachten sollte man, dass der zufahrtsweg wirklich schmal ist (begrenzt durch sträucher und trockenmauern). fahrzeug sollte nicht breiter als 1,90m sein. Und Mittel gegen Stechmücken nicht vergessen...

Ein schöner Ort zum Durchatmen
Ein schönes geräumiges Haus in ruhiger und sonnenbeschienener Lage. Schöner Blick in’s Tal von 3 Terrassen. Es ist leicht, sich dort wohl zu fühlen, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so schön ist. Prima für 2 Paare geeignet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut, sympathisch und extrem hilfsbereit. Die oft beschriebene Anfahrt zum Haus erfordert hauptsächlich für tiefer liegende Autos Fingerspitzengefühl. Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen dort verbracht.

Wunderschönes Haus umgeben von Olivenbäumen
Wir waren knapp zwei Wochen in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige Manko ist, dass es wirklich sehr warm im Haus ist. Ein Schlafzimmer ist klimatisiert, das zweite leider nicht und lässt sich auch nicht richtig abdunkeln. Deswegen waren die Nächte dort nicht so erholsam. Ansonsten alles top. Gute Ausstattung, gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, sauber. Die Anfahrt nach Imperia (Porto Maurizio/Oneglia) zieht sich etwas, da das Haus außerhalb ist, aber dafür ist der Ausblick fantastisch.

Schönes Haus und ruhige Lage
Schönes Haus und ruhige Lage. Alles sehr gut eingerichtet. Ausser die Klimaanlage im Essbereich und vorallem im unteren Schlafzimmer fehlen. Es ist im Sommer viel zu heiss dort. Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Schitterende woning met een paar kanttekeningen
Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie in dit huis gehad. Een erg ruime woning die vrijwel van alle gemakken is voorzien. De oprit naar het huis is even wennen, maar te doen. Verder viel het ons een beetje tegen dat slechts één ruimte voorzien is van airco. Verder helemaal top!
