"Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food."

"We had a great time at Anat's place. The location is incredible, the views from the property amazing. The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of space and the area is very quiet. Anat is a wonderful host, very attentive and quick to respond. The house was incredibly well stocked, no need to run searching for supplies on your arrival. "This house is not a "normal" house but with a lot of different rooms. Filled with nice arts and decorated with some old furniture. Real characteristic Italian house. Nice garden with different places to seat. The only comment what I can give is the small kitchen. The garden and the swimming pool is maintained daily. We stayed here with 6 adults ad 4 children. Nice place to be."

"The owner met us to check us in, but returned that evening while we were eating. Having interrupted the meal he wanted 300euros in cash as a deposit. He said he'd return next day. However, by then we realised that the downstairs toilet and drains were blocked as were 2 of the upstairs showers. There was no hot water in some. On return he waived the deposit and over the next 2/3 days fixed the plumbing and boiler. The kitchen is not adequate for a large number of people. Equipment is extremely...

"We liked that it was located inbetween farm land and hills. What we didn't like was the stairs were well used to the point of almost being unsafe. But they are authentic for the time period when it was built."

"Was a lovely attic apartment with many stairs to get up-66. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were sad there were no coffee pods for coffee, but everything else was great."

"The host of this property was very kind accommodating and helpful with our stay in Orvieto. The room was up a flight of stairs and was a nice apartment. It was very clean and close by to the walking areas of the town. It was slightly difficult to find at first however they were able to communicate with us on WhatsApp and help us find their property as well as bring us to a parking spot. The garage was a little way away from the property, but it was easy for us to access and have a safe spot for our car. Orvieto is a beautiful town, and our host was amazing with helping us out and very kind. Overall, a good experience."

"Very satisfied with this choice of hotel in Oriveto. We arrived in the evening after 9 PM. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "
