"I stayed 1 night for work, the place was tidy and clean, I was in a room at the front of the property so could hear road traffic. It wasn’t too noisy. Kitchen area was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. Parking only for 5 vehicles if people park correctly. I would stay again as it’s good location for travel to the centre of Lincoln isn’t to far away. But its convenient for my work place when I’m in Lincoln. "

"What an amazing place to stay reasonable priced and the owner made us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. I cannot recommend this place enough it was clean tidy fresh the breakfast was amazing. The bed was wow I’ve not slept so well in years and my partner Thought it was just perfect too. "Property bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. Outside area full of weeds. Paint peeling off building and stairs. Window blinds filthy and mouldy. Washbasin tiny. No soap or toiletries. No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. Door only closed by a Yale lock so insecure "
