"I hesitate to write negative reviews, but need to make sure the next renters understand the house properly. The House is literally attached to, and behind, the Mermaid Takeaway on Green End Road. Looking at google maps, a new unit has been built to replace the small storage shed shown, and the green space in front of the house is now the back patio of that unit (not your unit). You are close to the street, have no privacy, and the downstairs bathroom smells like fish and chips. With it being the...

"we had a great day, Luca was extremely accommodating and provided to travel cots for us as we had two babies with us. We love the small little touches in the property. Very close to all the local amenities literally walking distance from Cambridge city centre. The property was nice and clean, The parking being walking distance was a slight issue, but with two babies, but we managed to work around it"

There was plenty of space for us to sit in the summer sun having a BBQ, have all 12 of us around the dining table playing a murder mystery game and rooms to play hide and seek. "Lovely rural location but easy to get to. Bedrooms and bathroom a good size. Very homely, has tea, coffee, milk and condiments supplied. There is a lovely secure field for dogs. We really enjoyed our stay."

We didn’t cook during our stay, so the simple kitchen setup fit our needs. Enjoyed the large sliding patio door access to the fenced in backyard. Location is a ways away from city center, so depending on the nature of your visit that might be a consideration. Overall pleased with our visit. "
