"Small but decent budget room in a great location. Warm and comfortable. It took 10 minutes to wait for someone to come to the front desk to check us in but that was a minor. There's a number that you can call that's on the reception desk which we found out later but that wasn't very clear at the time!"

"Brand new hotel in walking distance of old city. Well furnished, clean no complain there. Unfortunately no lift and we had to drag the heavy luggages to the 2nd floor and no reception before 9 so its was impossible for us to check out and leave the parking before 9 so were waiting close to 1 hour for the lady to arrive. Immediate change on this matter is needed. 9 o clock is unacceptable. "
