"Nice Bavarian cultural hotel with local foods. Lunch comes with limited options. Dinners were usually ok except one day. If you don't eat meat it is a bit hard to find something suitable to you. You may need to request room cleaning if you need. Great place for kids, they can navigate themselves above 3yo. "

"Super clean and comfortable place. Beautiful grounds. There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."

"Eine wundervolle Hotelerfahrung. Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und man ist trotzdem in 10 Minuten in der Karlsbader Altstadt. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment bis zum abreisen wie in einem Märchen. Wer hat schon jemals in einem Schloss übernachtet. Es ist sehr romantisch und schön eingerichtet und dabei nicht übertrieben. "

"Lovely cozy place with traditions, good food and nice people in a pretty Czech villa. Pets cost extra, which they failed to mention on the booking page, other than that all looked exactly like on the pictures. Our room could use some minor cosmetic renovation but it was very clean and a good deal. I was happy with this choice. "

"Wir haben im Ferienhaus bei Thomas und Elfriede nur beste Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und prima eingerichtet. Das große Grundstück und die Entfernung zum Nachbarhaus bieten Privatsphäre, Ruhe und Entspannung, selbst mit Hund. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Margret und Herbert "
